    摘要: 根據勞動部統計,台灣移民的跨境匯款需求正持續增加,然而傳統跨境匯款存在許多問題,主要原因在於銀行之間缺乏信任。近年來,越來越多業者研究電匯問題,本研究以移工經濟為例,提出兩個研究目的:以區塊鏈技術為基礎的移工跨境匯款解決方案和以智能合約為基礎的跨境匯款商業模式概念。
    研究採用交易成本理論和企業流程再造理論為理論基礎,以此建立基於區塊鏈技術的跨境匯款商業模式,並開發出一套跨境匯款平台。此平台透過智能合約實現交易自動化,降低中介機構及人力成本,加速交易速度。
    本研究透過系統驗證來確保所提出的跨境匯款解決方案的可行性和有效性,系統驗證包括交易速度、交易成本和深度訪談等方面,以確保系統能夠正常運作且符合使用者需求。結果顯示,所提出的跨境匯款解決方案具有良好的可行性和實用性。
    最後,本研究總結了研究結果並提出未來研究方向,基於區塊鏈技術的跨境匯款解決方案可以有效改善傳統電匯存在的問題,未來可以探討如何進一步實現並推廣到更廣泛的市場。
    ;According to statistics from the Ministry of Labor, the demand for cross-border remittances by immigrants in Taiwan is continuously increasing. However, traditional cross-border remittance methods face many problems, primarily due to a lack of trust between banks. In recent years, more and more researchers have been studying the issue of electronic remittances. This study takes the example of the migrant worker economy and proposes two research objectives: a blockchain-based cross-border remittance solution for migrant workers and a concept for a cross-border remittance business model based on smart contracts.
    This research is based on transaction cost theory and business process reengineering theory to establish a blockchain-based cross-border remittance business model and develop a cross-border remittance platform. This platform implements transaction automation through smart contracts, reducing intermediary and labor costs and accelerating transaction speed.
    This study uses system verification to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed cross-border remittance solution. System verification includes aspects such as transaction speed, transaction costs, and in-depth interviews to ensure that the system can operate normally and meet user needs. The results show that the proposed cross-border remittance solution is highly feasible and practical.
    Finally, this study summarizes the research results and proposes future research directions. Blockchain-based cross-border remittance solutions can effectively improve the problems that exist in traditional electronic remittance methods, and further research can explore how to implement and promote these solutions to a broader market.
