    摘要: 隨著時代的進步、工程倫理的普及及工程技術的與時俱進,承攬廠商整體能力及競爭力亦應隨之成長,惟現今承攬廠商是否真的比以往進步,仍是相當重要的議題。因此本研究旨在探討設計監造單位對臺灣桃園國際機場第三航站區建設計畫(包含西側污水處理廠新建工程等10項工程)的承攬廠商滿意度。本研究採用便利性取樣,共計回收101份有效問卷,經分析結果顯示:(1)設計監造的實務經驗和工程主要工項與承攬廠商各項能力的滿意度皆未達顯著差異水準;(2)承攬廠商各項能力的滿意度間均存有顯著正相關;(3) 管理進度、管理品質及對契約文件熟悉度為承攬廠商應優先改善的項目。最後本研究將依據研究結果與結論,提出未來研究建議,以與桃園機場相關單位以及未來研究學者作為參考。;With the progress of time, the popularization of engineering ethics and the advancement of engineering technology, the overall capabilities and competitiveness of construction contractors should also grow accordingly. However, whether today′s contractors are really more advanced than before remains to be a question, especially with respect to major construction projects.
    Therefore, this study aims to explore the satisfaction of the design and construction units with the construction projects of the third terminal area of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (including 10 new projects such as the new sewage treatment plant on the west side establishment). In this study, convenience sampling was adopted, and a total of 101 valid questionnaires were obtained. The analysis results show that: (1) the practical experience of design supervision and the satisfaction degree of the main project items of the project and the contractor′s various capabilities do not reach the level of significant difference; (2) there is a significant positive correlation between the satisfaction of contractors′ various capabilities; (3) management progress, management quality, and familiarity with contract documents are key items that contractors should give priority for improvement. Finally, this study puts forward future research suggestions based on the research results and conclusions, and uses relevant units of Taoyuan Airport and future research scholars as a reference.
