本篇論文參考相關文獻,針對平面方形螺旋電感建立模型,並提供各部份的求值公式並編撰程式,由程式可計算出平面方形螺旋電感的總長,感值,及各部份的電容及阻抗值,以供日後方便研究相關議題。並以平面方形螺旋電感的幾何結構出發,以積層方式表現帶通濾波器特性,以多種模擬比較的範例來討論積層方形線圈結構變化對於帶通濾波器特性的影響,並以FR4板製作雙層線圈電路得到中心頻率為1.3GHz以及3dB頻寬約為500MHz的帶通濾波器。 This thesis presents a novel model of planar rectangular spiral inductors, and a useful formula for it’s calculating. According to this formula, we can obtain the total lengths, self-inductances, mutual inductances, parasitic capacitances, and resistances in a planar rectangular spiral inductor model. This thesis also gives several simulation examples to show the frequency responses of bandpass filters formed by stacked rectangular spirals with different environment variables, and we made a 2-layer bandpass filter with FR4 board and which’s center frequency and bandwidth are 1.3GHz and 500MHz.
