    Abstract: 近年因國防戰略型態改變,陸軍航空部隊扮演國土防衛重要防線,航空部隊 專業人才留任為國軍當前面臨的重要課題。本研究以 247 位軍士官為研究對象進 行問卷調查和資料蒐集,探討組織支持、晉升機會、職家衝突、工作滿意度與留 任意願之間的關係。
    研究實證顯示(1)組織支持與工作滿意度呈顯著正相關;(2)晉升機會與 工作滿意度呈顯著正相關;(3)職家衝突與工作滿意度呈顯著負相關;(4)工作 滿意度與留任意願呈顯著正相關。依據研究結果,本研究提出管理意涵及未來研 究建議。;High-tech electronic warfare has become the mainstream when it comes to national defense strategies. Army Aviation plays an important role in territorial defense. The retaining intention of Army Aviation technical personnel has become a pressing issue for maintaining national security. This study aims to investigate the relationships among organization support, promotion chance, work-family conflict, job satisfaction and retaining intention. Data were collected and analyzed through the distribution of online questionnaires from 247 officer and non-commission officer.
    It is found that organization support is positively related to job satisfaction. Promotion opportunity is positively related to job satisfaction. Work-family conflict is negatively to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is positively related to the retaining intention. Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
