Abstract:	本論文的研究主題為氮化鎵藍紫光雷射二極體，從第一章導論中簡介藍光雷射二極體重要性及應用，與雷射二極體的原理及運作，和藍光雷射二極體的發展歷史，及目前各研究單位的近況。第二章為結構與製程相關的細部說明，第三章在n型電極製作與蝕刻製程的問題分析，第四章的電性與光性之量測結果，以及第五章結論等等，共分成主要五個章節，討論藍光雷射二極體製作的相關技術及問題。
