    Abstract: 在進行對企業導入AI清潔機器人的深入研究中,本文針對EU公司作為案例,展開廣泛分析,旨在捕捉人工智慧技術在提升清潔效率和質量方面的潛力及挑戰。AI技清潔機器人的引進被視為一種創新解決方案,目的在於解決傳統清潔工作效率低下、成本高昂的問題,同時也面臨著如何與既有組織文化整合、提高員工接受度等挑戰。本研究中特別強調,成功導入AI清潔機器人技術需考慮到員工的技能提升和心理適應。為了克服這些挑戰,EU公司采取了包括組織內部培訓、開設技術研討會以及建立員工激勵機制等措施,以確保技術轉型的順利進行。此外,管理層的積極參與和對變革的支持被證明是推動技術轉型成功的關鍵因素。從EU公司的經驗中可以看出,導入AI清潔機器人不僅是技術上的挑戰,更是一個涉及組織變革管理、員工培訓與心理調適的全面過程。這需要公司高層對技術轉型有明確的規劃和強烈的承諾,並且建立一個鼓勵創新、支持學習和積極參與的企業文化。研究結果對其他企業在考慮利用AI清潔機器人改善操作效率和質量時提供了重要的參考。;This study delves into the integration of AI cleaning robots within businesses, focusing specifically on EU companies as a case study. It aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the potential benefits and challenges associated with incorporating artificial intelligence into cleaning processes. AI technology is viewed as a promising solution to address issues like inefficiency and high costs in traditional cleaning methods. However, successful implementation requires overcoming challenges such as aligning with existing organizational culture and gaining employee acceptance. The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing employee skills and facilitating psychological adaptation for effective adoption of AI technology. EU companies have employed various strategies, including internal training programs, technical seminars, and incentivization schemes, to facilitate the transition to technological advancement. Furthermore, active involvement of management and a supportive stance towards change have emerged as crucial factors for success in this transformation journey. The experiences of EU companies underscore that adopting AI cleaning technology involves not only technological hurdles but also organizational change management, employee training, and psychological adjustment. This highlights the need for careful planning and unwavering commitment from senior management towards technological integration. Cultivating a corporate culture that fosters innovation, promotes learning, and encourages active participation is essential. The insights derived from this study offer valuable guidance for businesses considering the use of AI technology to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
