The findings underscore the critical importance of practical actions such as technological innovation, professional services, market marketing, and key supply chain collaboration strategies for enterprise development. The research aims to provide a case analysis for SMEs in the optoelectronic industry, exploring the decision-making model for creating tailored strategic investment and management mechanisms. The study reveals that technological innovation is pivotal for continuously enhancing market competitiveness. The case company successfully elevates the expertise of its products and service processes through relentless technological research and innovation, meeting market demands and customer expectations, thereby strengthening its competitive edge.
