    摘要: 在現代醫療保健體系中,醫藥物流產業發揮著關鍵作用。隨著科技的不斷進步和全球化的深入,醫藥物流產業在全球醫療保健體系扮演著不可或缺的角色。它確保了從藥物製造到終端消費者的供應鏈的每個環節都必須達到嚴苛的品質與安全標準。然而,醫藥物流的操作流程在外表上雖然已具備規範性與步驟化,但其在實際運作中卻暗藏諸多挑戰,如過量的紙質文件儲存、過時的印刷工具使用、人力資源的浪費、複雜的紙本流程、部門間溝通的難題以及數位文件的管理困難等。
      本研究以個案研究方法,針對台灣相當重要的醫藥物流廠商「久裕企業股份有限公司」進行了深入分析。除了探討如何利用機器人流程自動化(RPA)技術來數位化和優化醫藥物流產業的內部流程之外,更研究了這些技術實施後帶來的效益與影響,並予以提出了針對性的結構化解決方案。實際執行RPA後,久裕企業在作業效率、錯誤率降低和資料處理精確度上均獲得了顯著提升,進而增強了在市場的競爭力和客戶滿意度。
      綜上所述,RPA技術的應用不僅顯著改進了久裕企業的營運效能,也為整個醫藥物流產業的數位化進程提供了堅實的證據,並展示了高科技介入是未來提升醫藥物流服務品質的關鍵。隨著進一步的研究和技術完善,RPA在醫藥物流領域的應用潛力預計將得到更大的釋放,為全球健康事業做出更大的貢獻。
    ;In the modern healthcare system, the pharmaceutical logistics industry plays a pivotal role. With continuous advancements in technology and the deepening of globalization, pharmaceutical logistics has become indispensable in the global healthcare framework. It ensures that every link in the supply chain, from drug manufacturing to the end consumer, meets stringent quality and safety standards. However, while the operational processes of pharmaceutical logistics appear standardized and procedural on the surface, a multitude of challenges lurk beneath the practical workings, including excessive storage of paper documents, the use of outdated printing tools, wastage of human resources, complex paper-based processes, difficulties in inter-departmental communication, and the management of digital documents.
    This study, utilizing a case study approach, conducts an in-depth analysis of Taiwan′s largest pharmaceutical distributor, "Arich Enterprise Co., Ltd." Beyond examining how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology can digitalize and optimize internal processes in the pharmaceutical logistics industry, the research also investigates the benefits and impacts post-implementation of these technologies, proposing targeted structural solutions. The practical execution of RPA at Arich has led to significant improvements in operational efficiency, reduction in error rates, and increased precision in data handling, thereby enhancing market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
    In summary, the application of RPA technology has not only significantly improved the operational efficiency of Arich but also provided solid evidence for the digital transformation process in the entire pharmaceutical logistics industry. It showcases that high-tech intervention is key to elevating the quality of pharmaceutical logistics services in the future. With further research and refinement of technology, the potential applications of RPA in the field of pharmaceutical logistics are expected to be further unlocked, contributing substantially to the global health sector.
