摘要: | 本研究旨在探討台灣企業在泰國設立生產基地時所面臨的挑戰與機遇,以及個案公司在協助台資企業解決相關問題方面的作用。研究採用了個案分析方法,通過深入分析個案公司的業務運作和服務模式,以及與台資企業的合作分析,探討了個案公司在協助台資企業赴泰投資方面的角色和競爭優勢。研究對象主要包括在泰國進行投資的台資企業以及個案公司的業務運作情況。主要發現包括個案公司憑藉豐富的人才資源、專業化的服務水準、穩固的客戶關係和敏銳的市場觀察,成功地協助台資企業解決了在泰國設廠過程中的運營方面的挑戰。通過對個案公司的服務範圍、當地市場了解、人才匱乏、競爭壓力和法規變化等方面進行分析,我們更得出了該公司面臨的內外部因素。基於這些分析,本研究提出了一系列具體策略,包括擴大服務範圍、優化內部徵才流程、加強內部溝通合作、建立風險管理機制、跨文化管理、加強合規和法律法規遵循,以及提升產品和服務差異化等。這些策略旨在幫助個案公司克服內部劣勢和應對外部威脅,從而實現企業的永續發展。;This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by Taiwanese companies when establishing production bases in Thailand, as well as the role of the case company in assisting Taiwanese enterprises in addressing related issues. The research adopts a case analysis approach, delving into the business operations and service models of the case company, as well as analyzing its collaboration with Taiwanese enterprises to examine the role and competitive advantages of the case company in assisting Taiwanese companies in investing in Thailand. The subjects of the study mainly include Taiwanese enterprises investing in Thailand and the operational situation of the case company. Key findings include the case company successfully assisting Taiwanese enterprises in addressing operational challenges in the process of setting up factories in Thailand, leveraging its abundant talent resources, professional service standards, stable customer relationships, and keen market insights. Through analysis of aspects such as the case company′s service scope, local market understanding, talent shortages, competitive pressures, and regulatory changes, we further identify internal and external factors faced by the company. Based on these analyses, a series of specific strategies are proposed, including expanding service scope, optimizing internal recruitment processes, enhancing internal communication and collaboration, establishing risk management mechanisms, cross-cultural management, strengthening compliance and regulatory compliance, as well as enhancing product and service differentiation. These strategies are aimed at helping the case company overcome internal weaknesses and address external threats, thereby achieving sustainable development for the enterprise. |
