    Abstract: 本論文主要在探討共平面波導不連續(discontinuity)結構特性,並提出得到等效集總元件值之方法。由串接與並接 共振電路之模擬、量測結果與公式計算之結果,驗證了此法之準確性。經共平面波導不連續結構之定量分析得知,若欲得到較大的電容值,則要有較小的特性阻抗,若欲獲得較大的電感值,則要有較大的特性阻抗。 在共平面波導電容耦合四分之一波長與電感耦合二分之一波長窄頻帶通濾波器設計中,其耦合電容與電感利用論文中所提的不連續結構等效集總元件值的計算方法獲得。由上述兩濾波器的設計與製作過程,集總式濾波器電路與對應的以共平面波導傳輸線所實現的濾波器電路,兩者的模擬結果具一致性,若欲得預期結果,則於平面波導傳輸線實現濾波器電路設計時,適當調整四分之一波長與二分之一波長之長度即可。 In the thesis, the characteristics of Coplanar Waveguide discontinuities are studied. A procedure for the calculation of the equivalent reactances of CPW discontinuities is presented. Simulation and measurement of the series and shunt resonators have been conducted to verify the validity of the algorithm. The procedure of CPW equivalent lumped element value is also employed to obtain the coupling capacitance and inductance, which are required in the design of CPW capacitive-coupled quarter-wave bandpass filters and inductive-coupled half-wave bandpass filters. Good agreement between the simulation and measurement results has been obtained after the length of quarter-wave and half-wave transmission lines are adjusted.
