    Abstract: 本論文以三五族半導體製程所製作的銦鋁砷化鎵(InAlGaAs)光子晶體結構來設計與實現光纖通訊中所需要用到的光學被動元件,方向性分波器。並提出光子晶體的設計方法、製作方式、測試與量測方法的流程;利用光在空氣中傳播具有低傳輸損耗、低吸收損耗的優點,來設計材料圓柱的光子晶體分波器。
