    Abstract: 本研究主要在設計一個適用於家庭防盜保全且兼具即時、精確、自動化、網路化、數位化等特點的視訊監控系統。本研究的系統主要由CCD、影像擷取卡、個人電腦及個人數位助理(PDA)所組成。 本研究是利用網路作為遠端監控系統,而傳統的監視系統是將監視器的影像傳輸至監視螢幕,加上監視器都會侷限於拍某些方位,如此一來就會發生一些無法看到死角的地方。本研究發展出以網路控制遠端監視器,但想在Client端不寫程式就達成遠端網路控制,就是使用IE。而Server端主機,使用ASP.NET作為使用介面,針對監視器作遠端控制。透過無線網路(Wireless Local Area Network , WLAN),利用PDA不受場合及時間限制的特性,即時將影像傳至PDA,達成遠端即時監控的目標。 The goal of the study is to design a video monitor system(VSAM),which is used to secure user’s family. The system contains some features such as Real-time, Accuracy, Automation, Networked, Digitization and so on. The system is composed of (CCD), Image Capture Board, Personal Computer and Personal digital Assistant (PDA). This research is to utilize the network as a monitoring system, and the traditional monitoring system is to transmit the image of the monitor to monitor the screen, in addition, the monitors will all be confined to patting some positions, some will thus take place and can't see the place of the dead angle . This research develops and controls and carries the monitor far with the network, but not to write the procedure to achieve the network control far at the Client, is to use IE. And at the Server end the host computer , uses ASP.NET as interfaces, to perform the remote control. Through wireless network , use the feature of PDA which is not restricted by occasion and time to transmit the image to PDA to accomplish to goal of remote control in real time.
