Abstract:	本論文將會討論C波段地面雷達系統，尤其針對硬體架構與校準，不同於衛載雷達和空載雷達觀測距離較遠，地面雷達架設高度低，設備與維修成本較為低廉，且機動性較高。本系統是利用向量網路分析儀作為收發機，配合個人電腦作控制與量測信號儲存裝置，向量網路分析儀具有很好的訊號處理能力，例如系統的校準及時域的gating 均可以輕易地來達成。另外向量網路分析儀有發射線性調變（linear FM）信號或步進頻率（step frequency）信號之功能，並且接收信號可由頻域經過快速傅立業轉換（FFT）轉為時域，所以在本系統由網路分析儀配合其他元件所組成。而要求得正確的RCS值，需要了解實際發射信號功率、天線增益、…等，本論文內部校正使用回授信號，進而求得實際RCS值。
