橋梁在其生命週期中,無可避免地會產生結構性或是經常性的損壞,為預防此類問題擴大,橋梁檢測已成為橋梁維護重要之一環。對一橋梁管理單位而言,其轄區內各橋梁之定期檢測須在相關法規限制之期程內完成。為防止檢測期程延遲並提升檢測效率,並考量人力以及成本的限制下,如何在有限之檢測期間內妥善規劃檢測之行程為橋梁維護之重要課題。本研究期望建構一套橋梁定期檢測路徑規劃演算模式,除考量每座橋梁不同之檢測時間外,同時採用多路線(多組檢測人員)、多出發點(不同之夜間休息點)之設計,以符合定期檢測實務之情況,並達成定期檢測時間最短之目標。本研究預期完成之成果包含(1)篩選影響檢測橋梁時間之因子,(2)正確評估各座橋梁之檢測時間,(3)建構橋梁定期檢測路徑規劃演算模式,以及(4)建立『臺灣地區橋梁管理系統』中橋梁定期檢測路徑規劃功能。藉由此橋梁定期檢測路徑規劃演算模式之建立,橋梁檢測單位可縮短檢測期程,提升定期檢測之效率,並可依本模式建立之檢測路徑規劃結果,進行檢測進度之控管。 ; Bridges are aging and inevitably subject to structural or periodical damages in their service life. Inspection of bridge to prevent severe damages in advance is an important task in bridge maintenance. For a bridge management agency, there are regulations that limit the agency, within certain amount of time, to complete the inspection for all of its bridges. Thus, it has become a crucial issue to produce a satisfactory bridge inspection plan within limited budget and time. This research aims at establishing a model for generating an optimal inspection plan based on multi-route (crews) and multi-starting-points (rest-area for the nights). The expected results of this research are (1) identification of factors that affect a bridge’s inspection time; (2) evaluation of the reasonable inspection time of a bridge; (3) establishment of the model; and (4) incorporation of the model into the “Taiwan Bridge Management System.” The established model is expected to improve the efficiency as well as the performance of bridge inspection. ; 研究期間 9808 ~ 9907
