研究期間:10108~10207;Schedule delays commonly appear in construction projects and result in schedule delay claims progressively. The resolutions provided by available schedue delay analysis methods for most schedule delay claims usually cannot satisfy both of the contract parties. The main causes of above circumstances are that the responsibilities of most schedule delays are hard to identify, and the calculation results of available delay analysis methods are unacceptable to contract parties. Several studies have proposed various schedule delay analysis methods. Most of them still have rooms to improve their capabilities in solving real delay situations. This three-year research project targets to develop an innovative schedule delay analysis method based on previous research outcomes. The proposed innovative method tries to integrate the concepts of well-accepted critical path method and float consuming. Considering the practicability of the proposed method, this research project will incorporate developed methodology into commercial scheduling software to develop a schedule delay analysis system. In sum, this research project aims to develop a schedule delay analysis method with system that considers float consuming in delay analysis. In the future, the problems of schedule delays will be solved with satisfied analytical results by the proposed innovative method.
