New startups have a certain degree of influence on local employment and the national economy. A company will provide employees stable income. In order to encourage the establishment of new startups, some countries have relaxed conditions for the establishment of conditions, procedures, and expenses. In order to explore the impact of different policies between different countries. This paper observes 139 countries, using the tracking data from 2010 to 2016. Resources information comes from The World Bank and The International Transparency Organization, with control variables (four income groups and seven economic regions). Using panel data and Hausman Test to analysis. The empirical result finds out that the simpler establishment of startups has a significant impact to the development of entrepreneurship. |
