摘要: Since the second-harmonic generation (SHG) and two-photon fluorescence (2PF) microscopies were demonstrated in 1961 (Franken et al. in Phys Rev Lett 7:118–119, 1961, [1]), two-photon microscopy has emerged as one of the most common technique used in biomedical applications.
