Abstract:	隨著網際網路的迅速發展，各種入口網站紛紛出籠，也因此形成了公司內部一種重要且及時獲取資料的新興管道。一般企業內部員工想了解並尋找人力資源的相關資訊時，除了查閱書籍文件或詢問資深同仁外，對於資料的尋找管道仍屬有限。而過去的相關研究僅著重於一般入口網站的概念性探討，並未對企業內部網站的使用型態及專業內容做一實務上之探討。故本研究乃是以人力資源入口網站之個案研究為主題，並以個案公司網站為例，做一理論與實務上之說明與探討。根據上述的研究動機，本研究希望藉由國內外的相關理論與研究結果之探討，作為研究架構與假設之基礎。本研究極欲達成下列之研究目的：一、瞭解企業內部人力資源入口網站之建立及發展？二、瞭解企業內部使用者在人力資源入口網站功能項目上的使用情形？三、瞭解企業內部人力資源入口網站使用之滿意度？本研究針對個案公司共回收有效問卷共110份，有效問卷填答率為95.7％。針對本研究之研究結果及發現，大部分的員工對於切身之薪資福利、員工須知等相關資訊特別關心，同時經由網站資料的驗證，對於員工關係的維繫和發展，將是公司高階經營者未來重要的努力方向。除了薪資福利、員工須知等資訊外，就人力資源的功能面來看，訓練發展及績效考評都是員工最重視的內容。唯有在教育訓練上有規劃的投入，同時配合績效考核制度的連結，才能有效的留才，進而培育出更優秀的人才，持續為公司效命。對於人力資源入口網站所提供的線上表單申請部份，被員工認為是有價值的且具有多方面的用途。網站之現有功能，大多已 e 化，但僅將申請表單 e 化是不夠的，應進一步以員工的立場來設計更方便更人性化的申請流程，如此將對網站的滿意度將有加分的效果。同時可針對網頁提供個人化的設計及建立討論社群，加強員工間的互動及資訊的分享。 The portal is a important way to bring together all of the information regarding company news, policies and training all in one secure setting. At the same time, the HR portal provides real-time transactional functionality for benefits, compensation, and HR processes( 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.). It provides organizations with the ability to manage their entire human resource function easily and effectively. A company's employees are a business's most important asset. Being able to attract and retain the best talent within our organization is a difficult task for most human resource departments. A portal can support HR dept. by allowing employees to access information on benefits, vacation requests, expense reports and so on. Research purpose: a. Introduce Corporate HR portal’s building and development. b. Explore employee’s behavior on Corporate internal HR portal . c. Explore employee satisfaction survey for corporate HR portal.
