Abstract:	資訊技術的不斷演進，使得越來越多企業開始使用具有高度整合性的資訊系統，同時對於商業流程的工作流程技術給予相當的重視。近年來，眾多學者開始研究工作流程技術對於企業的重要性，例如對工作程序效率、成本控制、亦或是時間效度之影響。然則，受到全球化的影響，眾多企業逐漸擴大自體的業務，原本的工作流程勢必會受到一定程度的改變。如何能快速而正確地對工作流程架構作分析，並且作適度的更動以滿足企業的需求，是眼前眾多學者努力研究的議題之一。本研究利用資料探勘技術，來分析企業內部工作流程，希望能在眾多的日常性工作流程中，尋找並研究是否有其特殊之改變樣式，進而分析工作流程之興衰並尋找其規則性，以期獲得有價值性之資料，供高層決策者參考。 Because of information technology evolution , more and more enterprises begin to use the integrated information systems , and pay more attention to the workflow technologies of business processes at the same time . Nowadays , many scholars make studies of the importance of the workflow technologies to enterprises , such as working practice effect , cost control ,or time effect , and etc . However , the effect of globalization , enterprises are going to extend their business affairs , the original workflows must have a degree of changing . How to analysis the workflow models quickly and correctly and have some proper modifications in order to fit the demands of the enterprises are one of the issues that many scholars research hard . This study will use data mining technologies to analysis the internal workflow of the enterprises . We will find and study if there are special change patterns or not , and then analysis the growth and decline and find their rules in many daily workflows . We hope that we will get valuable data and take them to the higher policy makers to refer .
