摘要:	本研究是以屬於高科技產業的A公司主管人員為例，研究探討個案公司主管人員的管理能力、工作動機與工作績效的關聯性。目的為：(1)了解管理能力與工作績效、工作動機與工作績效之間的關係。(2)了解管理能力對管理人員工作績效的影響。(3)了解管理人員的工作動機對其工作績效的影響(4)了解管理人員的個人屬性對工作績效的影響。而本研究針對個案公司的所有主管職人員進行問卷的發放，共計發放150份問卷，回收份數為104份，回收率達69.3%。本研究經由相關及迴歸分析等統計分析後，主要發現如下：(1)管理能力與工作績效呈顯著正相關。(2)工作動機與工作績效呈顯著正相關。(3)管理能力當中的「問題解決能力」與「領導能力」二項對工作績效有顯著之正向影響。最後，本研究並針對研究的分析結果提出一些建議，以提供給企業做為未來在規劃人力資源管理策略與措施時的參考。 Taking A company’s managers for example, this research mainly explore the relevance of managers’ managerial abilities, work motivation and job performance. The totals of 150 survey questionnaires were sent to A company’s managers, and the recovery rate was 69.3%. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) the managerial abilities are positively significant to job performance. (2) the work motivation is positively significant to job performance. (3) Of all the managerial abilities, "problem solving ability" and "leadership" have positive effect on job performance. Finally, according to the analysis results, the research provides a few suggestions to the enterprise for planning of human resource management strategies and practices in the future.
