機構A在萬華區建立「外展據點資源網絡」、「扶輪服務資源網絡」、「老人送餐服務資源網絡」及「社區協力結盟聯誼會」，這四個資源網絡，藉由網絡資源分享，促使機構對萬華區居民的服務品質效益擴大。社會資源是組織間得以建構網絡的重要媒介，筆者好奇機構A能成功地建構資源網絡的關鍵社會資源為何？ 本研究旨在探討社會資源與資源網絡建立的關連性。透過電話訪談參與上述資源網絡的非營利組織，來瞭解專業知識、人力資源、物力資源、社會資本及財力資源等，此五項社會資源對網絡成員參與意願的影響。 在電話訪談16家參與網絡的非營利組織後，研究結果顯示萬華區資源網絡成員認為影響參與網絡意願的社會資源依序為：專業知識(69%)、人力資源(63%)、物力資源(44%)、社會資本(31%)及財力資源(25%)。 The organization A establishes four resource networks in the Wanhua area. By sharing the resource through the networks, elevate the services quality and extend the whole benefit. Social resource is the important medium that can construct the network across different organizations. I am curious that what is the key social resource that can make organization A construct the networks successfully. The gaol of this research is to inquire the relationship between social resource and resource network. By interviewing the non-profit organizations which participate the networks above-mentioned by telephone to find out how social resource(professional knowledge, human resource, material resource, social capital and financial resource) influence the wish of participate the networks. The result of the research manifests that the importance of social resource that affect the wish of participate the network in Wanhua area are：professional knowledge(69%), human resource(63%), material resource(44%), social capital(31%) and financial resource(25%).
