    Abstract: 摘 要 本研究旨在探討電子書包在小學導入的可行性分析之研究,透過與調查學校的合作,以及有相同理念願意投入的廠商配合,實施此實驗性可行性評估計畫,評估結果將提供給相關主管單位做為未來教育施政的方針參考。 計畫中從老師、家長與學生的觀點,探討在電子書包計畫導入可行性分析中所會經歷的問題,以深入瞭解師生在其中如何運用數位學習、遇到的困難以及獲得的學習結果。 透過針對調查學校老師、班級學生、學生家長等三個族群做問卷操作,分析從不同角度對電子書包計畫的看法,並應用現今的新資訊科技工具輔助,探討其在未來擴大實施的可行性,並從老師、學生、家長身上分析對計畫的認知與期待,並找出各種解決方案與整體架構,及「電子書包觀念與期待」、「設備的完善度與管理面考量因素」、「書包減重」、「資訊能力」、「資訊輔助學習」等五個方向之關鍵成功因素,找出未來計畫導入的可行性。Abstract The purpose of this research is to evaluate the possibility of implementing“Electronic Schoolbag” into elementary schools. The research result can provide the government officials for reference when laying down related policies. The study is to explore the difficulties and advantages from the viewpoints of teachers, parents and students when using “Electronic Schoolbag” for digital learning. It evaluates the possibility of expanding the “Electronic schoolbag” program in the future by finding out various solutions and workable structures. Through questionnaire analysis, the study identifies the success factors to be: “understanding the electronic schoolbag and knowing the expectation of stakeholders,” “infrastructure development and management,” “schoolbag weight reduction,” “ICT capability,” and “ICT assisted learning.”
