Abstract:	本研究探討服貿協議允許大陸服務提供者在臺灣以獨資、合資、合夥及設立分公司等形式設立商業據點，提供技術檢測與分析服務，對臺灣環境檢驗測定服務業者的影響及如何因應。對截至2015年2月底止之許可業者的100處實驗室發出問卷調查，並依回收資料作平均數、標準差及線性迴歸等統計分析。由統計結果發現，開放陸資來臺設立據點對實驗室獲許可檢測項數較多、近三年經營狀況較差及檢驗相關員工數較多的業者稍有影響。關鍵字：兩岸服務貿易協議、環境檢驗測定、環境檢測服務業者;This study examines the impact of the Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement on the Taiwanese environmental test industry and also how would this industry cope with this situation. According the Agreement, Chinese business will be permitted to provide the technology test and analysis service in Taiwan. Questionnaires were issued to the laboratories of 100 businesses which were licensed to do environmental test service by the end of February, 2015. The findings show that the businesses with more test items were licensed, with worse performance in the past three years and with more employees would be affected a little.
