    Abstract: 近年來,隨著資訊技術的迅速發展,企業面臨的經濟環境產生了巨大的變化,數據的準確性和及時性是目前企業的立足之本,傳統依靠人力的模式已經逐漸被資訊化取代,越來越多的企業導入了ERP(企業資源計劃)。後現代的ERP系統在原有的基礎上更加開放功能,企業可以根據自己的需求對ERP系統進行更改。
    從個案的進行中發現,通過導入電子化可以提升作業的效率並提高效益,降低因過度依賴於人工而帶來的的工資上漲、人員漏失、人員流失等負面影響,同時也為管理帶來便捷,電子化系統將成為企業改善的主流。;In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the economic environment of enterprise facing the great changes, the accuracy and timeliness of data become the base of enterprise, the traditional rely on human model has been gradually replaced by the information technology, more and more companies imported the ERP (enterprise resource planning). Postmodern ERP system is on the basis of the original but more open, enterprise can change ERP system according to their own needs.
    This paper use a case from a projector production company as the object, the case will improve the process of incoming inspection flow, solve the main problems of the process, and provide the improvement scheme of electronic. Import the electronic procedure, input the statistics text information to the system, filter data according to different requirements, and make inspection specifications for each material to prevent human test mistake. Comparison before and after the improvement of efficiency, it can reduce 22.19 million NTD costs after improvement, and can improve efficiency, save manpower, reduce the cost of benefits.
    From the case study, through electronic can avoid the rising wages, personnel loss, employee leave and other negative effects, and also bring convenient for management, electronic system will become the mainstream of the enterprise.
