    ;Research Institute employee Effect of Job Satisfaction for employee in Retention Intention-The Mediation Effect in Organizational Commitment.
    In this era of global competition, organization want to attain sustainable operation. Its motivation comes from the continues innovation and environmental adaptation, "Talent" would be the endless supplement of motivation in the global competition. The flow of "Talent" is usual condition in this word. "Talent" retention is an important business strategy for Organizational in continuous growth.
    Many studies report shows that, "employee satisfaction and commitment" are two important factors for talent retention. Both of these two psychological reactions can reflect the commitment of employees in your organization ( Dr. Jihn – Chang Jehng ,2016).
    This study was investigated by literature review and the research of institutions’ employees’ job satisfaction questionnaire. The results explore job satisfaction affects employee retention and organizational commitment. The job satisfaction and employees retention will have mediation effect in organizational commitment. From this study, we will understand the key factors of employee retention in human resources management.
