對於發展遲緩兒童,及早診斷和介入療育服務,是相當重要的一件工作。從出生到六歲是人類發展最快速的時期,透過此時期發展出許多感官基礎。及早的介入可以協助孩子正常的發展,也可避免日後醫療對家庭造成沉重的負擔。在早期診斷、早期療育的工作當中,並不是由任何單一個專業領域的工作人員,如:老師、醫生、治療師等就可以獨力完成。對發展遲緩兒童的治療,最重要的就是跨專業領域的合作,故本計劃的研究重點為,協助治療師對發展遲緩的孩童進行認知教學。對於四到六歲學齡前之發展遲緩兒童,可以利用系統投射出的立體模型抓住孩童的注意力,引導孩童專注於眼前的任務,並且透過與模型進行互動,從視覺、聽覺及觸覺三種感官刺激,刺激孩童學習和理解詞彙,再從詞彙、語句到情境教學,循序漸進,改善孩童專注力不足、溝通表達及認知障礙的問題,同時改善肢體發展的協調性。;For children with developmental delayed, it is very important to be early diagnosed and have interventional therapy. From birth to six years old, it is the fastest period when a human being develop numerous of his sensory basis. Early interventional therapy can help children develop well. And also to avoid the heavy burden from future medical treatment. In the task of early diagnosis and therapy, it’s not a single job for any kind of specialist like teacher, doctor or therapist. The most important concept is to build the trans-disciplinary cooperation. Therefore, the focus of this project is going to assist therapist to teach the children with cognitive disorders. We are going to use the three-dimensional model projected by the system to capture children’s attention and to guide them focus on the current task. Through the interaction with 3D model, the sensory of children can be stimulated. The stimulations help children understand the meaning from vocabulary, sentence to context step by step. The stimulations also help children to improve the lack of focus, communication and cognitive impairment problems. At the same time, improving the coordination of physical development.
