Organizations are stirring up with new ideas to attract talents and to promote organizational performance. These measures are to respond to the needs of the new generation work values on work autonomy, unique experience, and digital combination.
In this study, we are focused on the workers from chineses enterprise in Taiwan and China. Data collection is proceed with online survey using the convenient sampling method. The 323 valid questionnaires are having a balanced gender ratio. The core study and data interpretation is conducted by reliability and validity analysis, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis.
Our research result found that companies with a "employee experience" oriented management have a significant positive influence on "work engagement". It would result in a direct enhancement on work performance. With the recognition of the organization′s implementation of employee experience management, the intermediation of relative contract will promote employee′s dedication and "work engagement". The results of this study could provide a in-depth reference for further research and practice management implementation.
