    摘要: 小型電離層探測儀(Compact Ionosphere Probe, CIP) 是裝載在福爾摩沙衛星五號上的科學酬載-先進電離層探測儀(Advanced Ionospheric Probe, AIP) 的改良版,同樣是多合一電離層電漿量測科學酬載。主要功能有平面電漿探針、阻滯電位分析儀、離子流向儀與離子捕獲儀。由於大幅縮小儀器的體積,適合放在立方衛星(CubeSat) 上。目前CIP 將成為兩個衛星任務的科學酬載,一個是與美國和印度所合作的立方衛星任務–International Satellite Program in Research and Education Satellite-1(INSPIRESat-1), 另一個是和國家太空中心(NSPO) 的3U 衛星任務–Ionospheric Dynamics Explorer and Attitude Subsystem Satellite(IDEASSat)。CIP可分為前端接收電漿的部分以及後端處理訊號的電路部分,由於先前電路設計已有原型體(Prototype) 的介紹,本論文的重點將放在接收電漿部分的製作、電路設計的改良、功能測試以及環境測試。;Compact Ionosphere Probe(CIP) is a modified version of Advanced Ionospheric Probe (AIP) which is a science payload for FORMOSAT-5 satellite. CIP is also an all-in-one plasma sensor that use single instrument to perform multiple sensor funcions–includes the Planar Langmuir Probe, the Retarding Potential Analyzer, the Ion Drift Meter, and the Ion Trap. Due to the reduced size of the instrument, CIP is suitable to be placed on a CubeSat. CIP will become the science payload of two satellite missions, one is the CubeSat mission with the United States and the India–International Satellite Program in Research and Education Satellite-1 (INSPIRESat-1), and the 3U satellite mission - Ionospheric Dynamics Explorer and Attitude Subsystem Satellite (IDEASSat) with NSPO. CIP can be divided into the part of the front end receiving the plasma and the circuit part of the back end processing signal. Since CIP has the prototype in circuit design, the focus of this paper will be on the fabrication of the receiving plasma part and the circuit design improvements,functional tests, and environmental tests.
