本研究資料來源為2018年勞動部辦理之「部分工時勞工就業實況調查」,運用SPSS統計軟體之二元羅吉斯迴歸方法分析探討影響部分工時工作者轉任全職工作意願之因素。研究結果發現,學歷、工時、工作承擔責任皆呈現正向的影響效果;子女、工作滿意度、福利呈現負向的影響效果。 ;An atypical employment pattern, part-time job, has been used in various countries for some years. In Taiwan, industries structure changes and the rise of service industry, the number of part-time work employment has obviously increased year by year. Even the percentage of part-time employment is still lower than other countries. Taiwan becomes to an aged society and labor force is declining year by year. We need to use correct human resources policy to encourage part-time workers become to full-time workers. This article will discuss if the factors, such as… personal & family background, welfares, job security effect propensity the job pattern transferring. The database of this research is from Ministry of Labor (2018), “Partial Working Hours Employment Survey”. The binary logistic regression method of SPSS statistical software was used to analyze which factor affects the willingness of part-timers’ propensity of transferring to be full-time works. The results show that educational background, working hours, and responsibility for work all exhibited positive effects; children, job satisfaction, and welfare show negative effects.
