Abstract:	隨著網際網路技術發展浪潮，資訊快速流通，市場追求新穎、獨特的產品，傳統大量製造模式已不一定適用，現今製造業者隨時面對不穩定訂單、少量多樣的快速客製化生產，再加上全球人口結構的改變，許多國家已逐步邁入高齡化社會，人力成本日漸高漲，對企業來說是龐大的負擔，各國紛紛提出工業 4.0 相關政策。為了探討台灣地區工業 4.0 策略，本研究採用《天下雜誌》與國立中央大學呂俊德教授合作於第 665 期雜誌中的「2018 年台灣工業 4.0 大調查」問卷，以台灣產業發展歷程和企業基本體質的觀點進行分析台灣製造業工業 4.0 成熟度現況，再由分析結果給予制定工業 4.0 相關政策上的建議。在產業結構本研究先以質性研究台灣從二次大戰後到現今的工業歷程發展階段並分析各階段的背景、國際情勢、政府產業政策和金融外匯上政策如何使台灣有現今的經濟發展，並分析在各階段成立的企業工業 4.0 成熟度狀況，而在企業體質中採用公司規模大小、資本額、公司成立時間長短和產業類別進行變異數和多元回歸分析。由分析結果顯示在本研究所劃分的工業發展階段中，不同成立時間階段對工業 4.0 成熟度並未有顯著差異，而在企業基本體質中在不同成立時間長短、資本額、公司規模和產業類別會影響工業 4.0 成熟度，其中公司成立時間越長其工業4.0 成熟度越低；公司資本額越高其工業 4.0 成熟度越高；公司規模越小其工業4.0 成熟度相對公司規模大的低越多；不同產業類別對於工業 4.0 成熟度有顯著差異，因此政府在訂定工業 4.0 相關政策時必須針對不同產業依照其產業特性進行不同產業策略來提升工業 4.0 成熟度。 ;With the development of Internet technology, the rapid flow of information and the market′s pursuit of novel and unique products, the traditional mass manufacturing model is not necessarily applicable. Nowadays, manufacturers ace with unstable orders and a small number of rapid customized production. Furthermore, the world has entered an aging society, and labor costs are increasing day by day, which is a huge burden for manufacturers. Therefore, to strengthen the upgrading of the manufacturing Industry, many countries propose policies related to Industry 4.0. For studying the industry 4.0 strategy in Taiwan, we must first understand the current overview of the industry 4.0 maturity of small and medium-sized manufacturing industries in Taiwan. This research using the perspective of Taiwan′s industrial development and corporate constitution to analyze Taiwan′s manufacturing industry 4.0 maturity status. The analysis results show that in the industrial development stages divided by this research, there is no significant difference by the stages of industrial development on the maturity of Industry 4.0. Furthermore, in the constitution of a company, different establishment time, capital amount, different types of industries and company size will all affect the maturity of Industry 4.0.
