新冠肺炎對全球經濟及產業的衝擊可謂是全面性的,疫情對產業別有不同程度的影響,這包含在家工作work from home、無法拜訪客戶、銷售業績大幅下降及生產中斷的危機,疫情突顯了IT和數位轉型的價值,企業遠端協同工作的能力也更顯重要。 本研究首先將採購流程數位化,擺脫所有的紙本作業並導入電子簽核,再透過專家深度訪談找到需要解決的問題,並以「起迄表」(from-to table)這個工具來收集匯整這些資訊,找出可用數位方法來解決組織問題及每個問題期望獲得的改善,然後再提出衡量這個改善方案進展指標的方法。 研究對象以C公司作為研究範圍,並以C公司現有的ERP架構建置供應鏈協作平台,最後配合政府電子發票的政策將發票請款作業流程自動化,逐步實現採購數位化的目標,並幫助企業提升效率和產業競爭力。 ;The impact of the new crown pneumonia on the global economy and industries can be described as comprehensive.
