| 摘要: | 峨眉鄉柑橘產業發展至今己經長達好幾十年，在峨眉地區深具地方特色。這些年來藉由新竹縣政府大力推廣柑橘產業，加上鄉公所、農會與橘友們共同努力，使傳統產業能夠走向精緻化與多樣化，進而成為具有競爭力的地方特色產業。
本文透過文獻蒐集與探討，瞭解峨眉鄉產業環境與企業競爭力之相關理論，再利用質性研究，藉由文獻分析與深度訪談的研究方法，設計出訪談大綱，以半結構訪談方式，來選取受訪者，對他們進行深度訪談，找出峨眉柑橘產業競爭力、產銷、發展與困境。
研究結果發現，峨眉鄉農民栽種技術佳，橘子甜度時常破表，搭配養生柑橘會是另一個新亮點。但是病蟲危害、氣候異常、雨水過少、不易辨視水果產地與人口外移等因素，大大提高了果園經營難度。所以，農政單位應努力推廣農民退休金，吸引年輕人回流，並且擴大農機具補助範圍，輔導地方產業走向機械化、自動化與高科技化，才是地方產業發展之良藥。
最後建議，橘農應增加手工體驗、學習研發料理與導覽解說技巧，透過這些方式來解決產量與次級品的問題。公共部門方面應增列柑橘競賽排名與農機具補助範圍，使產業內外部環境都可以兼顧，這樣一來，地方產業才能夠長久發展。;The development of the citrus industry in Emei Township has been going on for decades and has deep local characteristics in the Emeiarea. Over the years, the Hsinchu County government, together with efforts from township offices, farmers′ associations, and farmers, has vigorously promoted the citrus industry so that traditional industry can move towards refinement and diversification, and thus it has become a local cultural industry with a competitive edge.
Through literature collection and discussion, this paper essentially understands the industrial environment and enterprise competitiveness in Emei Township. It then uses qualitative research, designs the interview based on semi-structured measure by using literature analysis and in-depth interview research methods, and select respondents for conducting in-depth interviews to find out the competitiveness, production / marketing, development, and dilemma of Emei citrus industry.
From the results of the study we can find out that farmers in Emei Township have good planting technics, citrus sweetness often shoots through the roof, and healthy-preserving citrus fruit will be a significant niche. However, disease and insect hazards, abnormal climate, lack of rainwater, difficulty in distinguishing the origin of the fruit, population migration,etc.
are the main issues that have greatly increased the difficulty of orchard operation. Therefore, the agricultural authority should strive to promoting farmers′ retirement incentives, attracting young people to return, expanding the scope of agricultural equipment subsidies, assisting local industries with mechanization, automation, and high-tech, soas to help the development of local industries in the right direction.
Finally, it is suggested that citrus farmers should enhance manual experience, learn to perform research and development on gourmet recipes and presentation skills for guided tours, and most importantly to solve the products′ yield and sub-qualityissues. Moreover, public sector should help inspire this industry by holding more competition campaigns regarding citrus products′ various good features in addition to its efforts to broaden the

applicable scopes of agricultural equipment subsidies; and also we need to aim at both domestic and global markets, so that this industry may gain the strength of everlasting growth for development. |
