    摘要: 本研究取材於幼兒生長的在地文化,且為達到符合幼兒園文化課程的目標及客家文化傳承的目的,所規劃的主題課程。本研究旨在透過幼兒園主題活動中發展伯公文化課程,探討對幼兒、教師所帶來的成長與改變。
    本研究採行動研究法,研究對象為中壢某國小附設幼兒園4-5歲混齡班級,學生人數27人,研究者透過課程的設計與分析,引導幼兒進行主題的探究,並根據觀察紀錄、幼兒的作品與學習單、照片和影片,以及教師的教學省思,分析幼兒在主題活動中的成長與改變,以及探討實施過程對幼兒園教師專業成長的影響。研究結果如下:
    一、 伯公文化課程幫助幼兒經過蒐集訊息、整理訊息、解決問題的歷程建構新概念
    二、 幼兒透過伯公文化課程的學習能理解生活中的文化意義及來源,並能分享自身的感受,發展出創新的表現
    三、 透過課程連結社區,能讓幼兒能理解自身文化產生關懷,形成文化認同
    四、 文化課程的實施需設計出符合文化意涵且連結學習指標,才能達到完整的課程目標
    五、 實施文化課程,能提升幼兒園教師的專業成長
    透過此研究驗證文化課程對於幼兒的能力以及教師專業的正向影響,本研究提供文化課程的課程設計與歷程及相關建議,給予幼兒園發展客家相關課程與未來研究之參考。
    ;The study is inspired from the thematic curriculum which achieve the preschool cultural curriculum objectives and Hakka cultural heritage through the local culture where children grow up. The purpose of the research is to explore the growth and change of the teachers and children through the Bag-Gung culture thematic curriculum.
    The study adopts the action-research and the research targeted person are a mixed-age class of 4-5 years old students in Zhongli preschool. The number of students is 27. The researcher guides the students to explore the theme through the analysis and design of the course and analyzes the growth of the children in the theme activities by observing the children’s works, study sheets, photos, videos and teacher’s reflection. At the meantime, the researcher explores the impact of the implementation for the preschool teacher in practical teaching process. The results of research are shown as the follows:
    1. Bag-Gung cultural curriculum helps the children build the new concept by collecting information, organizing the information and solving the problem.
    2. Through the Bag-Gung cultural curriculum, children can understand the cultural origin and significance in life and share the self-feeling to perform the creativity.
    3. Children can understand the local culture and form the cultural identity through the connection between the course and society.
    4. The implementation of cultural curriculum requires the design in line with cultural meaning and the connection with the learning index to meet the purpose of curriculum objectives.
    5. Implement the cultural curriculum and enhance the professional growth of the preschool teacher.
    This research of cultural curriculum supports the positive impact of children’s ability and the profession of teacher. For the development of Hakka relative courses and future research, the study provides the design and experience of cultural curriculum and the suggestions.
