Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between Employee well-being and Job satisfaction, the effect of Employee well-being and Job satisfaction on Employee referral, and to investigate the mediating effect of Job satisfaction and the moderating effect of Organizational commitment between Job satisfaction and Employee referral.
The results found below: 1. Employee well-being has a significant positive impact on Employee referral. 2. Employee well-being has a significant positive impact on Job satisfaction. 3. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on Employee referral. 4. Job satisfaction has mediating effect between Employee well-being and Employee referral. 5. Organizational commitment has no moderating effect between Job satisfaction and Employee referral.
