    With the development and change of the society, the probability of modern people suffering from depression is also increasing, and depression is getting more and more attention. And the structure of the family has changed. With the development of society and the increase of population mobility, the stability of family environment has been greatly challenged. The family environment has undergone drastic changes along with the society, and the traditional concept of family has gradually weakened, which has intensified the change of people′s living environment to a certain extent.
    In the Yuan Dynasty, Zhu Danxi believed that the fire of the five wills was born because of the seven emotions... Should be based on personnel system, Non-medicinal stones can heal, The patient should be examined and treated. He divided depression into qi depression, dampness depression, heat depression, phlegm depression, blood depression, and food depression. He believed that the causes of depression were nothing more than emotional internal injury, six erotic external feelings, and diet disorder. When the internal environment such as zang-fu qi and blood disorders, and affect the human body′s perception of external things, such as fear, irritability, etc. So preventing depression is a top priority.
    Zhou dunyi "The sage determined it to be righteous, benevolent and righteous." , That is, to fix the principles of righteousness, benevolence and justice in the mind,So that all human behavior is based on "righteousness and righteousness" as the standard, so that the heart is quiet, no desire and master, so that it can cope with the change of things, and will not be blinded and stained by the external material desire of the "move", to static brake, so as to achieve the human body is not affected by the outside world to achieve the "steady" state.
