    摘要: 人類發明「科技」,科技改變了人類生活,當「科技」被賦予了「用途」任務之後,科技就開始被雇用、擴散與使用結果後已經融入生活與作為工作組織的一部分,但是當科技被視為某種實體物質時它是如何槓桿人類的社會生活模式,運用科技可以跨越時間與空間的限制,且影響其結果可以先預期得到。「人們對科技具有主導權,可以賦予科技意義,因而決定對科技的採用」,在不同的環境背景下決定人們如何解讀與運用科技。
    表面上,這樣的分析可以說明為何相同的科技,在不同的使用者或是組織中,可以產生不同的導入、擴散與使用結果,可是,「人」真的能決定一切嗎?事實上應該不是這樣子,當使用者運用科技後,科技依照內建的規則與特性,其結果也會隨之改變,而不是單方面由「人」做決定,當我們願意交出人的主導權,與科技並存合作,那麼對於「組織架構」而言,思維就會完全改觀,所以當「新科技」誕生後,新的本質與關係性質發生在我們的生活與組織,影響物質與人際網路形成的纏繞關係,我們的思維也隨時間環境改變對於新的科技從抗拒、排斥、接受與掌握並擁有之。

When technology is used in various applications, technology has begun to be employed, spread and utilized. Technological applications have been playing a role in work organizations. The society leverage technology to improve human life. The use of technology can transcend the limitations of time and space, and its impact can be expected. As the saying goes, "People have dominance over technology, entitle technology, and thus determine the adoption of technology", which determines how people interpret and use technology in different contexts.
    Theories has explained how a same technology can be introduced, diffused, and used by different users or organizations. However, can "human" really decide everything? In fact, this should not be the case. When users use technology, the results of technology will change according to the built-in rules and characteristics, rather than simply decided by "human". When we are willing to coexist and cooperate with technology, then the thinking of the "organizational structure" will be completely changed. Therefore, when the "new technology" is created, the new relationship will occur in our life and organization, affecting the materials and the interpersonal network. The intertwined relationships between human and technology changes with time and environment. Human start with resisting, rejecting, accepting, mastering and finally possessing new technologies.
