摘要:	ESG（Environment、Social、Governance）代表了社會上對企業社會責任三個面向的統一標準，但直至今日ESG中的「Social」所產生的Impact，評判標準仍缺乏統一且有效的規範。而Social Impact的內容在網站以及ESG的報告上呈現內容莫衷一是，所以本研究意圖找出其中翹楚。本研究針對全新領域：「社會影響力(Social Impact)」，實作Hyperlink-Induced Topic Search(HITS)演算法，以此推估出在此新領域中應有那些優秀的網站值得參考，並獲得一份可靠且可供參考的排名。並額外利用四種不同方式分析蒐集的資料：1. HITS 演算法、2. HITS演算法 --- Split Info 方法、3. HITS 演算法 --- 去除相同網域連結，以及 4. HITS 演算法 --- 相同網域去除 & Split Info方法。本研究共萃取出的三百多萬筆網頁中排名出了最好的10個代表社會影響力的Authority網頁，經多位專家學者確認之後，認為本研究推薦之網頁較google search更優秀，更具參考價值。 ;Advocators of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) attempt to propose standards for business to report their sustainability measure to investors. The three aspects are corporate social responsibility in society. However, the indicators to reveal impact generated by social activities are still in the development. As an result, the Social Impact reported on websites and ESG reports are diversified and inconsistent. This research aimed at recommending model webpages to readers for the references of business world. This research implements variations of HITS algorithm to identify authority and hub pages excluding the influence of pages in the same website as self-references may seriously distort ranking result. Top 10 authority pages are recommended among 3 million webpages collected from the world wide web. The appropriateness of the pages is compared against first 10 links retrieved from Google search. Expert reviewers confirmed that the recommended pages were better than the links retrieved from Google.
