研究結果顯示 (1) 心理賦能與享受工作間呈正向關係;(2) 職場友誼與享受工作間呈正向關係;(3) 享受工作與組織公民行為間呈正向關係;(4) 享受工作與職涯滿意度間呈正向關係。基於上述研究結果,本研究提出管理意涵與未來研究之建議。;This study aims to explore the relationships among psychological empowerment, workplace friendship, enjoyment of work, organizational citizenship behavior, and career satisfaction. Data were collected from employees in various industries through the distribution of online questionnaires. A total of 320 valid copies were acquired. Methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the relationships among variables. It is found that that both psychological empowerment and workplace friendship are positively related to enjoyment of work. It is also found that enjoyment of work is positively related to both organizational citizenship behavior and career satisfaction. Drawn on these findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
