摘要 隨著客家意識的高漲，臺灣客家社團也從自發性的民間活動提高到官方層級，2011年，行政院客委員會成立了「亞洲臺灣客家聯誼會」，以亞洲十個國家之海外客家人以及僑居海外的第二代客家僑胞為對象。而柬埔寨臺灣客家聯誼會（Taiwan Hakka Association Cambodia）是為其中之一。是亞洲灣客家人的海外社團「亞洲台灣客家聯誼會」會員國之一。雖然是2015年方才成立，社齡年輕但是活動力強，自聯誼會成立以來，透過會務運作試圖加強柬埔寨客家鄉親的凝聚力，一則在異國可以相互照應，保留客家傳統，讓客家文化可以傳承。另一則分享商業資訊和投資機會，以提高客家鄉親的競爭力。第三則是以實際行動來參與柬埔寨社會，走向需要的地方。相關公益行動與社團活動力，甚至感染到德國、英國、甚至於美國共襄盛舉。本研究探究柬埔寨臺灣客家聯誼會的組織形成與社團運作。經由立意取樣對社團成員進行訪談。茲對該社團之形成與運作，得到三項結論： 一、傳承客家意識，確立社團良好的運作模式。 二、透過社會回饋善舉，塑造臺客新形象。 三、鼓勵新生代參與，凝聚臺客向心力。 ;Abstract
With the rise of Hakka awareness, Taiwan Hakka Associations have also risen from spontaneous folk activities to the official level. In 2011, the Hakka Committee of the Executive Yuan established the " Asia Taiwanese Hakka Association （ATHA） ", targeting overseas Hakka people from 11 Asian countries and the second generation of overseas Hakka overseas Chinese. Taiwan Hakka Association in Cambodia（THAC） is one of them and is also the sixth overseas association belonging to The Taiwan Hakka association in Asia. Though it was established only in 2015, the society is pretty young but has strong activity. Since the establishment of the association, it has tried to strengthen the cohesion of Cambodian Hakka villagers through the operation of its affairs. On the one hand, it can take care of each other in foreign countries, retain Hakka traditions, and let Hakka culture be inherited. The other is to share business information and investment opportunities to improve the competitiveness of Hakka villagers. The third is to take practical actions to participate in Cambodian society and go where it is needed. Relevant public welfare actions and community activities may expand to Germany, Britain, and the United States. This study explores the organization formation and community operation of THAC. Interview the members of the society through purposive sampling. Here are three conclusions about the formation and operation of this association:
1. Inherit Hakka consciousness and establish a good operation mode of the association. 2. Through social feedback to create a new image of Taiwan and Hakka. 3. Encourage the participation of the new generation and pool the centripetal force of Taiwan and Hakka.
