    宋明儒者的修身工夫中,「靜坐」顯得由為特別。而靜坐之所以會在儒學中
    出現,這與當時儒者頻繁出入釋、老有關。而從宋代開始,儒者嘗試將「靜坐」工夫納入儒學的範疇,致使「靜坐」成為宋明理學家的「共法」。可細看各家的靜坐觀,不難發現就算是在同一脈絡下的學者,對靜坐的論述依然存在不小的差異。由此可見靜坐在儒學中的發展並不亞於佛、道二教。
    是此本文以「儒學式靜坐」為假定,從宋代靜坐在儒學中的形成與建構。以
