Abstract:	摘要宋明儒者的修身工夫中，「靜坐」顯得由為特別。而靜坐之所以會在儒學中出現，這與當時儒者頻繁出入釋、老有關。而從宋代開始，儒者嘗試將「靜坐」工夫納入儒學的範疇，致使「靜坐」成為宋明理學家的「共法」。可細看各家的靜坐觀，不難發現就算是在同一脈絡下的學者，對靜坐的論述依然存在不小的差異。由此可見靜坐在儒學中的發展並不亞於佛、道二教。是此本文以「儒學式靜坐」為假定，從宋代靜坐在儒學中的形成與建構。以此分析王門後學靜坐觀的演變。探究靜坐在王門中的動態發展，並詮釋王門靜坐觀在宋明理學發展的意義。;Abstract Self-cultivation efforts of Confucian scholars in Song and Ming Dynasties The "sit-in" in Chinese seems to be special.
