;Despite the government′s efforts to preserve the Hakka language for many years, immediate results have not been achieved, and the decline of the Hakka language continues. Civil society organizations play a key role in promoting Hakka language teaching, and the "Taiwan Hakka Toastmasters Club" serves as a platform for training Hakka-speaking skills and preserving Hakka culture, among other innovative functions. It serves four main purposes: expressing Hakka values, enhancing civic engagement, strengthening Hakka community resources, and advocating for policies.

This study focuses on analyzing the training strategies and performance evaluation of the Hakka language and the impact of Hakka organizations on Hakka culture. It examines the development history, current operations, resource integration and utilization, SWOT analysis, operational challenges, coping strategies, business development goals, and factors for sustainable development of the "Hakka Toastmasters Club".

How does Taiwan Hakka Toastmasters Club manage to overcome disadvantages, stabilize its role within the Hakka community, and even extend its influence beyond the Hakka ethnicity? Just as the purpose of the contest suggests: training speaking skills, honing communication artistry, enjoying language creativity, cultivating leadership abilities, and enabling the sharing of life experiences and learning new things, so that many non-Hakka individuals can appreciate and identify with Hakka culture.

Based on the analysis of empirical data and research conclusions, this study summarizes the most significant findings and insights from the SWOT analysis. It identifies key factors in strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, highlighting critical issues and providing strategy recommendations and decision guidelines. The conclusion of the SWOT analysis offers concrete decision guidelines to guide future actions. In putting our plans into action, these critical moments become the blueprint for realizing the mission, vision, and core values of Toastmasters.
