Abstract:	本計劃將建構我國對底軌太空環境的監測與預測能力，同時也將建構我國對太空狀態覺知的能力並且研發可以大量安裝與小型衛星的游離輻射探測酬載。本計劃解果會提升太空環境對太空與地面科技之影響，同時也將協助我國參加國際太空研究委員會（Committee on Space Research）首次支持的國際科學衛星任務，增加我國國際能見度與貢獻。
