    Abstract: 本論文探討了臺灣觸控面板製造商在激烈競爭的市場環境下所採取的策略。首先闡述了觸控面板技術的發展歷程以及臺灣觸控面板產業的現狀,着重分析了少量多樣化生產模式和一站式購物需求等行業特點。隨後論文深入探討了觸控面板產業的供應鏈結構、模組化設計理念以及企業韌性的重要性。
    透過對案例公司W公司的分析,論文發現其成功地在產品設計和製造過程中全面採用了零件模組化策略,將觸控面板的零部件做模組化設計,大幅提高了生產組裝的靈活性和效率。模組化設計使W公司能夠快速組合不同需求模組實現靈活產品組裝,有效控制成本並保持合理利潤。在疫情期間,模組化策略的靈活運用使W公司迅速響應市場需求獲得大量訂單。此外,零件模組化還縮短了產品上市週期,提高了產品質和可靠性,增強了W公司的市場競爭力。在疫情的衝擊下,模組化生產使W公司能維持正常出貨,展現出卓越的抗風險能力和營運韌性。

    ;This thesis explores the strategies adopted by Taiwanese touch panel manufacturers in a highly competitive market environment. It begins by outlining the development history of touch panel technology and the current state of the Taiwanese touch panel industry, with a focus on industry characteristics such as small-batch diversified production models and one-stop shopping demands. The thesis then delves into the supply chain structure of the touch panel industry, the concept of modular design, and the importance of corporate resilience.
    Through the analysis of the case company W, the thesis finds that W has successfully implemented a comprehensive parts modularization strategy in its product design and manufacturing processes. By modularizing the components of touch panels, W has significantly improved the flexibility and efficiency of production and assembly. Modular design enables W to quickly combine different requirement modules for flexible product assembly, effectively control costs, and maintain reasonable profits. During the pandemic, the flexible application of the modularization strategy allowed W to quickly respond to market demands and secure a large number of orders. Furthermore, parts modularization has shortened product launch cycles, improved product quality and reliability, and enhanced W′s market competitiveness. Amid the pandemic′s impact, modular production enabled W to maintain normal shipments, demonstrating exceptional risk resistance and operational resilience.
    Overall, the parts modularization strategy has provided W with competitive advantages in responding to market changes, controlling costs, rapidly meeting customer demands, embracing new technologies, and mitigating operational risks. In the future, W will further deepen the modularization concept and integrate smart manufacturing innovations to create greater value for customers.
