研究結果顯示: (1)道德領導與組織公平具有正向關係;(2)道德領導與員工信任具有正向關係;(3)組織公平與員工信任具有正向關係;(4)組織公平與員工敬業度具有正向關係;(5)員工信任與員工敬業度具有正向關係。根據上述研究結果,本研究提出管理意涵與未來研究建議。;Leadership style has always been a topic of significant interest for members and managers in organizations. When leadership reaches and fulfills the expectations of employees, great trust is engendered and widely shared by members. This study aims to explore the relationships among ethical leadership, organizational justice, employee trust, and employee engagement. Data were collected and analyzed through online survey from 270 full-time employees.
The results indicate that ethical leadership is positively related to organizational justice as well as employee trust. Organizational justice is positively related to both employee trust and employee engagement. In addition, employee trust is positively related to their engagement. Drawn on these findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
