摘要: | 本研究以個案C銀行之國內182家分行為研究對象,分析個案銀行轄下各分行於民國108年-112年經營效率值變化,並探討數位金融趨勢下推展數位金融業務對分行經營績效之影響。 第一階段先以「資料包絡分析法 (Data Envelopment Analysis , DEA)」探究個案分行於民國108年-112年之經營效率,選取存款及人事成本為投入變數,放款、手續費收入及稅前淨利做為產出變數,研究結果顯示,全體分行於平均總效率值呈現逐年上升趨勢,顯示整體經營效率逐年提升,且半數以上的分行皆處於「規模報酬遞增」的狀態,意謂大部分分行可透過擴大經營規模,增加存、放款等業務營運量,以提升C銀行的經營效率。 第二階段利用「Tobit迴歸模型」探討數位金融趨勢下影響經營效率之因子,研究結果顯示信用卡卡數、新啟用網路銀行戶數及線上貸款總平均餘額等三項變數為影響程度顯著之變數,其中前二項變數更彰顯分行在推行數位金融服務業務時,對經營效率的影響更加明顯。藉由本研究的分析結果顯示,分行推動數位金融業務對銀行營運績效係具顯著性的影響,總行單位可持續透過推展數位金融商品,提供客戶不同的數位金融服務與體驗,以提升銀行整體績效。;This study takes 182 domestic branches of bank C as the research object, analyzes the changes in the efficiency values of each branch of the case bank from 108 to 112 years of the Republic of China, and explores the impact of promoting digital financial services on branch operating performance under the digital finance trend. In the first stage, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used to explore the operating efficiency of the case branch from 108 to 112 years of the Republic of China. Deposits and personnel costs were selected as input variables, and loan, fee income and pre-tax net profit were analyzed. is the output variable. The research results show that the average total efficiency value of all branches shows an upward trend year by year, indicating that the overall operating efficiency is improving year by year, and more than half of the branches are in a state of increasing returns to scale, indicating that most branches can expand their operations through Scale, increase deposits, loans and other business operations, thereby improving the operating performance of individual banks. In the second stage, the Tobit regression model is used to analyze the factors that affect operating efficiency under the digital finance trend. The research results show that three variables, including the number of credit cards, the number of newly activated online banking accounts, and the total average balance of online loans, are variables with significant influence. Among them, the first two variables further demonstrate that when branches implement digital financial services, their impact on operating efficiency is more obvious. The analysis results of this study show that the promotion of digital financial services by branches has a significant impact on bank operating performance. The head office units can continue to provide customers with different digital financial services and experiences through the promotion of digital financial products to improve the overall performance of the bank. |
