摘要:	國家人權博物館成立於2018年，其展示重現白色恐怖時期的看守所，讓受難者家屬的記憶成為大眾共同的歷史記憶，並以人權為核心價值，透過紀念館展示、教育推廣和國際交流，持續推動轉型正義。景美園區經歷了多次的改建，由軍法學校時期到軍法看守所時期，再到民主體制下的軍事營區，最終成為了現今國家人權博物館的一部分。軍事看守所的保存與開放，將受難者在此地的個人記憶也搬上展廳，成為集體記憶，成為歷史的一部分。展覽運用了大量受難者及其家屬的記憶，重建了歷史場景，通過實物、模型和口述歷史影片，復原威權時期景美園區受難者對此地的記憶，通過展示軍事法庭和看守所的場景，讓遊客更深入地了解受難者的生活和被迫害的情況。　　國家人權博物館作為一個以「人權」為訴求的文化機構，在面對政治人權議題的同時，也承擔起非正式學習場域的責任，透過展示作為溝通媒介，促進參訪者與園區建立對話關係，提供反思機會，使參訪者不僅是單純觀看白色恐怖在景美園區，更是延伸思考並連結到現今轉型正義在臺灣的議題上。本文利用博物館歷史學分析景美園區，其展覽重新整理過去受難者記憶中的軍事看守所，並結合導覽員的故事，還原受難者的生命經驗，讓參訪者身歷其境，深入感受受難者的經歷，引發對人權價值、轉型正義的思考。此外，國家人權博物館積極推動人權教育，結合學校課綱和議題，提供多元活動，包括實境解謎活動，將受難者的經歷與展示結合，推動多元方式的人權教育。　　國家人權博物館在白色恐怖景美紀念園區的建立，象徵著臺灣社會對人權和歷史真相的尊重與追求。透過展覽與敘事，展現白色恐怖時期臺灣受難者的經歷，紀念民主、人權的奮鬥。國家人權博物館提醒我們民主化的艱辛歷程，呼籲維護民主、保障人權，透過對話與反思，臺灣社會能共同轉化歷史記憶，迎向更美好的未來。 ;The National Human Rights Museum was established in 2018. Its exhibits recreate the detention centers from the White Terror period, transforming the memories of the victim into a collective historical memory. With human rights as its core value, the museum promotes transitional justice through exhibitions, educational outreach, and international exchanges. The preservation and opening of the military detention center bring the personal memories of the victims into the exhibition halls, making them part of the collective memory and history. Through artifacts, models, and oral history films, the museum restores the memories of the Jing-Mei site during the authoritarian period, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the victims′ lives and the persecution they endured. This article utilizes doing history in the museum to analyze the Jing-Mei White Terror Memorial Park, reinterpreting the military detention center from the memories of past victims and combining these with the stories of guides to restore the victims′ life experiences. This immersive experience allows visitors to deeply feel the victims′ experiences, provoking thoughts on the values of human rights and transitional justice. Through exhibitions and narratives, the museum showcases the experiences of Taiwanese victims during the White Terror period, commemorating the struggle for democracy and human rights. The National Human Rights Museum reminds us of the arduous journey towards democratization, and encourages society to collectively transform historical memories through dialogue and reflection, aiming for a better future.
