本研究旨在探討組織懷舊與組織公民行為之間的關聯性,並進一步以情感性組織承諾作為中介變項,檢驗其在兩者關係中是否存在中介作用,藉以了解組織懷舊是否能透過提升情感性組織承諾,進而促進員工展現更高程度的組織公民行為。本研究係由 SurveyCake 發放線上問卷,針對入職滿六個月以上的正職員工進行調查,有效回收問卷共計 299 份。研究結果顯示:(1) 組織懷舊對組織公民行為具有正向關係;(2) 組織懷舊對情感性組織承諾具有正向關係;(3) 情感性組織承諾對組織公民行為具有正向關係;(4) 情感性組織承諾對組織懷舊與組織公民行為具有中介作用。;This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational nostalgia and organizational citizenship behavior, and further examines whether affective organizational commitment serves as a mediating variable in this relationship. Specifically, this research seeks to determine whether organizational nostalgia can enhance employees’ affective commitment to the organization, thereby promoting a higher level of organizational citizenship behavior. This study distributed online questionnaire via SurveyCake, targeting full-time employees with at least six months of tenure. A total of 299 valid responses were obtained. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Organizational nostalgia is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior; (2) Organizational nostalgia is positively related to affective organizational commitment; (3) Affective commitment is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior; (4) Affective commitment mediates the relationship between organizational nostalgia and organizational citizenship behavior.
