| 摘要: | 家庭教育組織在現代社會中扮演著日益重要的角色,儘管已有相當多文獻在探討家 庭教育組織的重要性和發展,卻鮮少從「價值」面分析其影響力,並缺乏系統性的方法進行價值評估。因此,本研究旨在通過個案分析,提供家庭教育組織更為完整的社會價值分析框架,評估其活動對相關利害相關人所產生的社會影響,並幫助組織審視其成果。本研究將從利害關人的角度,找出家庭教育組織活動所能產生的最重要成果。與既有文獻不同,本研究不僅透過影響力的四大因子進行價值分析,更納入其他相關指標,如成果的持續年份和重要性等,同時採用嚴謹的距離旅行法(Distance travelled),將利害關係人每一項成果的「改變比例」納入計算,以提供更完整的價值分析框架,更精準捕捉 每項成果對各利害關係人的改變大小。社會價值衡量方法包括定義個案範疇、利害關係人及活動產出,再透過事件鏈,讓組織更了解利害關係人各成果的前因後果及明確成果應如何定義,進而進行影響力指標及價值分析。本研究在個案中辨識出8個利益相關者,並定義了38個明確成果。其中,社會價值佔比最高的利害關係人為參與活動頻率最高的子群,即個案讀書會活動的「三本書學員」,佔總社會價值的約35%,其明確成果為提升幸福感、提高自我概念清晰度、改善人際關係、提升自尊感及改善家題關係。該組織透過推動社區活動,促進社會各界的文化素養、家庭凝聚力及個人覺察,致力提升家 庭幸福感,從而帶來廣泛的社會福祉。透過個案研究,除了提供家庭教育組織社會價值 分析框架,也期望能讓組織了解如何在有限資源下創造最大社會價值,同時從利害關係人的角度了解活動所能帶來的福祉。;Family education organizations play an increasingly important role in modern society. Although a considerable amount of literature discusses the importance and development of family education organizations, there is a lack of analysis on their impact from a "value" perspective and a lack of systematic methods for value evaluation. Therefore, this study aims to provide a more comprehensive social value analysis framework for family education organizations through case studies, evaluating the social impact of their activities on related stakeholders and helping organizations review their outcomes. This study will identify the most important outcomes of family education organization activities from the perspective of stakeholders. Unlike existing literature, this study not only analyzes value through the four major factors of impact but also incorporates other relevant indicators such as the duration and significance of outcomes. It employs a rigorous distance travelled method to calculate the proportion of change in each stakeholder′s outcome, providing a more comprehensive value analysis framework and more accurately capturing the extent of change each outcome brings to stakeholders. The social value measurement method of this study includes defining the case scope, stakeholders, and activity outputs. Through the chain of events, the organization gains a better understanding of the causes and effects of each stakeholder′s outcomes and how to clearly define them, followed by impact indicators and value analysis. This study identifies eight stakeholders in the case and defines 38 clear outcomes. Among them, the stakeholders with the highest proportion of social value are those who participate most frequently in activities, the "Multi-Book Study Circle Participants" of the case study, accounting for about 35% of the total social value. Their well-defined outcomes include the Enhancement of Happiness, Enhancement of Self-Concept Clarity, Improvement in Interpersonal Relationships, Enhancement of Self-Esteem and Improvement in Family Relationships.  promotes community activities to enhance cultural literacy, family cohesion, and personal awareness, aiming to improve family happiness and bring extensive social welfare.
 By evaluating the social value of the case through impact data, this study finds that the organization can indeed bring significant changes to stakeholders through its activities. Through case analysis, this study not only provides a social value analysis framework for family education organizations but also hopes to help them understand how to create maximum social value with limited resources while understanding the welfare that activities can bring from the stakeholders′ perspective.
