摘要:	公益平台作為強調利害關係人參與之公共場域，長期支持多元社會議題之推動，具備作為社會影響力評估與管理實證研究基礎的條件。本研究以某非營利組織所創設之公益平台活動為個案，探討其社會投資報酬率資料轉換為管理架構下之應用可能性。影響力管理規範作為國際間重要的管理框架，已廣泛應用於多元場域，並強調資料的分類邏輯與管理導向，特別適用於呈現公益平台成果之變化趨勢與風險結構。研究目的如下。首先，探討影響力管理規範於公益平台之應用潛力，並回應其在學術研究中討論不足的現況。其次，為因應既有社會投資報酬率資料在管理導向上的限制，引入一套資料轉譯方法，將其資料轉譯至影響力管理規範五大構面。最後，透過納入多年度社會投資報酬率資料，驗證該方法於縱向資料整合的可行性。本研究發現，原有評估資料缺乏管理邏輯與應用一致性，經轉換後可清晰呈現資料間對應關係與分類邏輯，進而強化其管理應用與報告撰寫的結構基礎。此外，此轉換過程不僅具技術層面的操作意義，更可作為評估結果與管理架構之間的橋梁，為後續制度設計或管理應用上提供參考價值。最終，本研究亦藉由觀察轉換後成果之變化趨勢，提出具體管理意涵，協助平台掌握影響力與調整策略方向，進而提升評估資料於管理實務中的應用價值。;Public welfare platforms emphasize stakeholder engagement and have long supported diverse social issues, providing a solid foundation for research on social impact assessment and management. This study uses a public welfare platform activity established by a nonprofit organization as a case to explore the applicability of converting its Social Return on Investment (SROI) data into a management-oriented framework.The Impact Management Norms (IMN), a widely recognized international framework, emphasize data categorization and managerial orientation, making them suitable for presenting outcome trends and risk structures. This study has three objectives. First, it explores the potential application of the IMN to public welfare platforms, addressing the current gap in academic discussions. Second, in response to the limitations of existing SROI data for management use, the study introduces a method to translate the data into the five dimensions of the IMN. Third, by incorporating multi-year SROI data, the study examines the feasibility of applying this method for longitudinal integration. Findings indicate that the original evaluation data lacked managerial logic and consistency. After conversion, the data clearly present relationships and classification logic among outcomes, thereby strengthening the foundation for management use and report writing. Beyond its technical value, this conversion process serves as a bridge between evaluation results and management frameworks, offering reference value for future design and application. Finally, by observing trends in the converted outcomes, the study proposes concrete managerial implications to help the platform better understand its impact and adjust strategy, thus enhancing the practical value of evaluation data in management.
