本研究主要探討成就動機、尋求回饋行為、工作投入、工作滿意度及組織公民行為之間的關係,以網路將電子問卷內容發放給台灣各產業的在職人士,共回收242份。本研究以描述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、效度分析及階層迴歸分析來檢驗變項之間的關係。研究結果顯示:(1)成就動機與工作投入呈正向關係;(2)工作投入與工作滿意度呈正向關係;(3)工作投入與組織公民行為呈正向關係;(4)工作滿意度與組織公民行為呈正向關係;(5)尋求回饋行為對成就動機及工作投入之關係影響不顯著。綜合上述的研究結論,本研究提出管理意涵以幫助各企業擬訂決策,並針對未來的研究提出建議。;This study investigates the relationships among achievement motivation, feedback-seeking behavior, job engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. A total of 242 responses was collected from employees in various industries in Taiwan through online questionnaires. Statistical methods including descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, validity analysis, and hierarchical regression were employed to examine the hypotheses. Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
